- Begin by placing the Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until it's warm and easily pourable, stirring halfway through for an even consistency.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in 1 cup of all-purpose flour until a smooth ball of dough forms.
- Allow the dough to cool for about 5 minutes on the counter.
- Incorporate 2 beaten eggs into the dough, mixing vigorously until it transforms into a smooth and glossy consistency.
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
- In a large, deep skillet or fryer, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Carefully transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe 4-6 inch lengths of dough directly into the hot oil.
- Fry the churros for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- While the churros are still warm, carefully roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
- Arrange your freshly coated Nutty Churro Bites on a serving platter and serve warm alongside the melted Nutella.

Notes
Maintain oil temperature at 350°F (175°C) for ideal frying. Let churros cool slightly before rolling in sugar for better coating.
