  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes Adjust amount to your heat tolerance.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh juice is always best for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Layer two sheets of phyllo pastry, brushing each with olive oil, then cut into four strips.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the feta mixture at the end of each phyllo strip, fold the sides over, and roll tightly.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush tops with olive oil, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Heat on low until warm and runny.
  7. Once baking is complete, drizzle warm chili honey over the rolls and serve.
