- In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of creamy natural peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup. Stir continuously until fully integrated.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Place the covered loaf pan into the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
