Prepare Mascarpone Cold Foam
- Soften the mascarpone cheese in the microwave for about 10 seconds until just pliable. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened mascarpone with heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla syrup. Use a milk frother on medium-high speed for about 1-2 minutes until creamy peaks form, and then set aside.
Make Latte Base
- In a saucepan, combine whole milk, vanilla syrup, and unsweetened cocoa powder over medium heat. Whisk continuously for about 3 minutes until the mixture is warm (but not boiling) and well blended.
Brew Coffee
- Brew a shot of espresso (or strong coffee) in a large coffee mug.
Combine
- Carefully pour the milk mixture over the brewed espresso in your mug.
Top
- Spoon the mascarpone cold foam generously on top of the latte and dust with cocoa powder. Add a lady finger on the side if desired.
Serve
- Enjoy your perfectly creamy Tiramisu Latte immediately.
