  1. Begin by cutting the pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes, along with the fresh pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, a splash of soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed pork, pineapple chunks, onion, and bell pepper, and toss with the marinade. Let this marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning, then thread the marinated pork and veggies onto the skewers.
