Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, a mixture of beaten eggs and Dijon mustard, and crushed pretzels.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with crushed pretzels.
  5. Place breaded chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken bakes, prepare the mustard-cheddar sauce by combining milk, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then serve with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled over it.
