Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring 4 cups of water into a medium saucepan and bringing it to a vigorous boil over high heat.
  2. Add 2 green tea bags and 3 sprigs of fresh mint to the hot water in the saucepan. Cover and steep for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and mint sprigs. Stir in honey to the warm tea until fully dissolved.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the steeped tea with 2 cups of cold water and add 1-2 cups of ice. Stir well.
  5. Serve over fresh ice and garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
