Ingredients
  

Base
  • 4 pieces Ripe Peaches Choose fragrant and slightly soft peaches.
  • 3 large Lemons Freshly squeezed juice.
  • 1 cup Sugar Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • 4 cups Water Use still or sparkling water.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash four ripe peaches under cool running water. Slice into wedges, discarding the pits.
  2. Juice three large lemons to make about one cup of lemon juice, removing seeds.
  3. Combine one cup of sugar with two cups of water in a medium bowl and stir until dissolved.
  4. Blend the peach slices, lemon juice, and remaining two cups of water until smooth.
  5. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
  6. Cover the pitcher and chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or additional peach slices.
