Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add chorizo or breakfast sausage. Sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then mix in chopped onion and diced red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes, then drain excess grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cumin, paprika, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
