Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 2 large eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of chopped spinach, 2 tablespoons of chopped chives, ½ cup of shredded cheese, and 1 cup of diced ham.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into round disks, about 1 inch thick.
  7. Place the biscuits on the baking tray, then sprinkle extra cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C), then lower to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
