- In a mixing bowl, combine imitation crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until thin and even, then cut into a rectangle.
- Spread the filling evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a ¼-inch border.
- Tightly roll the pastry into a log and chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
