  • 1 large Egg for egg wash
  • 8 ounces Imitation Crab Meat or canned crab meat
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 scallions Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce use gluten-free if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine imitation crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sugar.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until thin and even, then cut into a rectangle.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a ¼-inch border.
  5. Tightly roll the pastry into a log and chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
  6. Slice the log into ½-inch pinwheels and arrange them on the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Brush the tops of each pinwheel with the whisked egg wash.
  8. Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown, rotating the trays halfway through.
  9. Let cool briefly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
