Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Chop your favorite vegetables into small pieces. Cook meats until crispy and crumble.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until light and frothy.
  4. Distribute fillings evenly in the muffin tin cavities.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  6. Gently stir each cavity to ensure fillings are evenly distributed.
  7. Bake for 12-18 minutes until they puff up and turn lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the tin.
