Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and workspace.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets and cut into 4-inch triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard across each triangle base.
  4. Layer ham and cheese on each triangle, leaving space at the tip.
  5. Roll the pastry from the base to the tip, tucking in the tip.
  6. Brush each croissant with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the croissants before baking.
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
