Step-by-Step Instructions for Orange Glazed Salmon
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil and melt.
  2. Season your salmon fillets with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Place skin-side up in the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Remove salmon and tent with foil. This keeps it warm while preparing the glaze.
  5. In the skillet, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Add cornstarch mixed with water if using. Cook for 30-60 seconds.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon the glaze over, and simmer for another minute.
  7. Serve the Orange Glazed Salmon warm, garnished with parsley.
