Preparation Steps
- Finely crush 36 Oreo cookies and mix with ½ cup melted unsalted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Beat together ½ cup softened unsalted butter, 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Blend in 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 packets of hot cocoa mix. Fold in 1¼ cups whipped topping and spread over the crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Whisk together 3 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups cold milk until thickened. Fold in 3½ cups whipped topping, 1 tsp mint extract, and optional green food coloring. Pour over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Serve with optional whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and green sprinkles on top.
