  1. Begin by peeling a ripe pineapple, making sure to remove all the eyes for a smooth texture. Chop the pineapple into small chunks and set aside.
  2. In a large pitcher, add the prepared pineapple chunks and fresh lime slices. Gently tear mint leaves and add them to the mix.
