Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing or lining it with foil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the baking dish, skin side up, without overcrowding.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Baste the chicken once or twice with pan juices during baking.
  7. Let the cooked thighs rest for five minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
