- Thaw the puff pastry on the counter for about 30–60 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth; add red food coloring and fold in half of the diced strawberries.
