Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally, creating a sturdy base for your sandwich.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the pesto with softened butter until well combined. Apply generously to the cut sides of both ciabatta halves.
  3. Place the ciabatta halves under the broiler in your oven or air fryer for 2-4 minutes until golden and crisp.
