Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the sandwich rolls horizontally down the middle, creating a pocket.
- Layer salami, mortadella, ham, provolone, banana peppers, and red onion inside each roll.
- Place the filled sandwich rolls in a baking dish.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the assembled subs.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
