- In a small bowl, combine softened butter with grated parmesan and garlic powder until smooth. Spread this mixture on the outer sides of two slices of bread.
- Layer one slice of bread butter-side down with cheeses, turkey cold cuts, and more cheese. Place another slice of bread on top, butter-side facing out.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat for about two minutes. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, red grape juice vinegar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cracked pepper until combined.
- Combine shredded lettuce, red onions, and banana peppers in another bowl. Drizzle with dressing and mix well.
- Once the sandwich is golden on both sides, open it and spoon in the veggie mixture. Serve hot with your favorite side.
