  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 lime Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
Bowl Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice Brown or white
  • 1 cup Corn Fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Black Beans Rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Chopped Cilantro For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chipotle sauce, and lime juice.
  3. Spread the shrimp mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. While shrimp cooks, prepare the bowls with cooked rice, corn, and black beans.
  6. Once shrimp is done, top the bowls with shrimp and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
